Andy Traub serves as Director of Corporate Disability Inclusion at the Center for Disability Inclusion (CDI), a role he has held since 2022. In this position, Andy works directly with business partners to design and deliver customized disability inclusion strategies that align with organizational goals and support progress toward the Leader in Disability Inclusion Seal of Accomplishment. His work focuses on translating best practices into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and workforce performance.

Andy brings more than 25 years of experience advancing disability inclusion and employment strategies across corporate, nonprofit, and global settings. At CDI, he is known for helping employers move from intention to execution—aligning disability inclusion efforts with business priorities, operational realities, and long-term growth.

In addition to his role at CDI, Andy is President of Traub & Associates Consulting, where he advises organizations on disability inclusion, workforce strategy, and inclusive hiring practices.

Previously, Andy served as Vice President of Human Resources at Allied One Source, where he created and led Allied InclusionWorks, an enterprise-wide inclusion initiative. His corporate experience includes developing and implementing talent acquisition and disability employment strategies for major employers such as Google, Best Buy, Walgreens, Office Depot, Amazon, Starbucks, Sodexo, Kroger, and multiple European-based companies. He has also consulted with government entities in Russia, Scotland, and Germany on disability employment best practices.

Andy has held several nationally influential roles shaping disability inclusion strategy. As lead consultant on the Workplace Initiative Team for Poses Family Foundation, he developed disability inclusion strategies for national employers receiving foundation funding. At AMC, he served as Director of Recruitment and created AMC F.O.C.U.S., an award-winning and groundbreaking program recognized for hiring and retaining large numbers of individuals with disabilities. While at the National Organization on Disability, Andy served as Managing Director and launched innovative initiatives, including the Disability Employment Tracker.

His leadership and expertise have been recognized at the highest levels. Andy has been invited by two different U.S. presidential administrations to present at the White House on best practices in disability employment. He was also invited by the U.S. Embassy to deliver multiple keynote presentations at an international disability employment conference in Moscow.

Most recently, Andy co-authored curriculum on global best practices in disability employment for SHRM with public access released in May 2022. This work further reflects his commitment to equipping employers with actionable, evidence-based tools that drive meaningful disability inclusion outcomes.
